1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing Nodal Care, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description Nodal Care provides a management platform for home care agencies. We are a software provider and do not provide medical advice or direct care services.

3. User Responsibilities You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for the accuracy of all care records, shift logs, and client data entered into the system.

4. Third-Party Integrations By connecting a Google Calendar account, you authorize Nodal Care to create and modify events on your behalf as related to your care schedule.

5. Limitation of Liability Nodal Care is not liable for errors in scheduling or care delivery resulting from incorrect data entry or third-party service interruptions.
